Seems to be a rash of 1-800 phone numbers that are nothing more than answering services that refer to unqualified individuals that provide an inadequite service. We have even more of a problem in that our company name is also the top search term on Google for Locksmiths in Toronto. Subsequently, there are a large amount of supposed Locksmiths using our business name on the internet and this is causing major confusion for our clients. We have been unjustly accused of providing a poor service to people we have never heard of or dealt with before. Where does this madness stop? Having the same problems as you are here in Toronto. He has lived in the building for years and is very active on the Strata. Lucky, the RCMP responded so quick to a "missing persons" file, kudos to everyone at North Vancouver RCMP and our Fire Department and Ambulance Service. I'm glad to live in North Vancouver. I have posted your business card on the bulletin board and I will put your name and phone number in our next news flyer. Job well done everyone.
